How to lose weight successfully is only part of the equation. How to keep it off is equally important.
As you may know from reading other articles available at this website is that to be successful at anything takes persistence and being committed to the outcome. Another ingredient is that it helps if you love what you're doing. Put all three together and success is the byproduct.
Unfortunately, the thought of having to lose weight conjures up images of sacrificing food we love, being humgry, doing heaps of exercise etc. In other words - going without and doing things we don't actually want to do.
All this only leads to failure in achieving your goal of losing weight (and keeping it off).
What if I were to tell you that losing weight and maintaining it need not be difficult to achieve. Once you start visualizing how you'll look and feel when the weight is gone (law of attraction) you will find that you begin to make choices where the ultimate outcome is weight loss.
There is not a one size fits all with weight loss. When you're young you'll find that conventional weight loss wisdom will work ie cut calories and exercise more. As we get older this may not work anymore because our metabolism changes and toxins have built up in our body that prevents weight loss.
