    Stressful Thinking Leads to Stressful Feelings

    We get into the habit of negative thinking where we convince ourselves about things that are untrue.

    • Keep things simple

    Stop reacting to stress by constantly putting out fires. Actively implementing just a few of these techniques will have you living a healthier, happier and more productive life.
