Why are some things available outside The Sandpit that are meant to be exclusive? Probably because I haven't gotten my act together yet. How long does it take you to respond? Allow 3 business days during normal circumstances. If I'm away on holidays The Sandpit members will usually know via an email update. Are all products available for sale through this website eligible for a rebate if I sign up for The Sandpit? No, at this stage only products available through clickbank are eligible although this will change over time.

I want a discount, how can I ensure I get one?First and foremost you need to sign up for The Sandpit. Then simply send me an email for the product you wish to purchase, and if it's eligible I will send you the correct link to purchase through.

How much is the rebate worth? 10% of your initial purchase price up to a maximum of $20. If it is a subscription service only the first months payment is eligible for the rebate.

What if I return my purchase after you have paid me the rebate? Do not claim the rebate until you know you are satisfied with your purchase. Otherwise I will expect you to return the rebate to my paypal account.

Do I need a paypal account to be reimbursed? Yes you do. If you don't have one you can sign up to paypal here.

What if I don't want a paypal account? I can't reimburse you. I'd recommend paypal to anyone who wants a safe, secure payment system when shopping online and offers greater protection and convenience than using credit cards.

How will I know if product has been purchased via clickbank? You will get a clickbank receipt.

How do I claim my rebate? Just send me the clickbank receipt, your paypal email address, the email address Inspiration Matters is sent to and the full name used when purchasing the product. I will check you used my affiliate ID, if you did I will reimburse you. Just fill in this form to claim your rebate.
